RETURNING GOODS / WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

  1. Log in to your account in the Pako Lorente online store and create a return request for your order. If you do not have an account with us, download the return form here and complete it.

  2. Pack the product together with the completed return form and proof of purchase in a box and secure the parcel carefully.

  3. Please remember that when withdrawing from the contract, you are required to return the product at your own expense. The product must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale as a full-value item.

  4. Send the parcel to the following address:

  1. Our specialists will verify the order, the return deadline and the product sent back to us. Once the verification is complete, you will receive a message informing you of our decision.

  2. You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product.

Products purchased from our online store may also be returned at one of our physical stores:

  1. Complete the return form included in the parcel.

  2. Leave the parcel at the store.

  3. The store will send the parcel back to the online store.

  4. The refund will be transferred to your bank account.
