The order can only be placed through the website. Each order is assigned a number and can be tracked in detail.

If you have not yet received notification of the shipment sent then you can change the address. All you need to do is write to us at info.lovesaints@gmail.com about your wish to change your address and provide us with your order number and new address

Yes, it is possible to ship abroad, just check this option when confirming your order. Shipments overseas are made upon payment in advance. We send shipments to European Union countries via DHL.

Lead time without shipping is from 5-12 working days (shipping is about 1-2 days) Some products from the SALE tab are available immediately and we ship them up to two working days. If you care about fast shipping, please contact the office via info.lovesaints@gmail.com whether such shipping is possible.

There is an option for personal pickup. When the order is ready, we will inform you by email. You will be able to pick up your order from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.Payment for your order can only be made in cash. Since we have abandoned the showroom, there is no possibility of on-site fitting. The order will be available for pickup for 7 business days. After this time, it is canceled.

Next to each product you can see our individual size chart, which we use to sew each new model. In addition, in the product description you can see what dimensions a particular product has.

We use only DHL service. There is a choice of prepaid or cash-on-delivery (Remember! If you do not receive a cash-on-delivery shipment once, you will show up in our database in red and will not be able to use cash-on-delivery shipment another time). Shipping is 16zl-18zl for prepayment and 24zl for cash on delivery.

You will receive a refund remittance within 14 days of confirmation of our receipt of the return shipment. You will receive this information from us via email.

You enter the discount code after placing the order. In the right corner where the order summary is displayed under shipping there is an option to click “do you have a promo code?”. Once clicked, a box opens where you can enter the discount code then click “add”.
